Tacos with Pickled Herring and Fresh Coriander

Fresh tacos with herring topped with avocado, pickled red onion and fresh coriander.


  • 1 jar Viking Platter Pickled Herrings
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber chopped
  • half bunch fresh chopped corriander
  • 3 limes
  • 200 g pickled onions
  • 8 taco shells
  • 300 g crème fraiche.
  1. Cut the herring, avocado and cucumber into about 1-2 cm cubes.
  2. Mix the ingredients and fill the taco shell.
  3. Top with red onion, coarsely chopped fresh coriander and a clove of lime.
  4. It’s good with a pinch of crème fraiche.

Serve immediately.
