Fresh tacos with herring topped with avocado, pickled red onion and fresh coriander.
- 1 jar Viking Platter Pickled Herrings
- 3 avocados
- 1 Lebanese cucumber chopped
- half bunch fresh chopped corriander
- 3 limes
- 200 g pickled onions
- 8 taco shells
- 300 g crème fraiche.
- Cut the herring, avocado and cucumber into about 1-2 cm cubes.
- Mix the ingredients and fill the taco shell.
- Top with red onion, coarsely chopped fresh coriander and a clove of lime.
- It’s good with a pinch of crème fraiche.
