Leksands original rye crispbread makes for the perfect pizza base, especially once toppings are added and it's baked in only 10 minutes. Customise to include any pizza toppings you like.


  • 1 wheel Round Leksands Rye Crispbread, or 8 triangle slices
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste (concentrate)
  • 1 garlic clove; crushed
  • Pinch of Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 60g Sliced Ham
  • 100g Sliced Buffalo Mozzarella
  • 60g grated tasty cheese
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Pinch of Black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 200˚ Celsius for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Place the crispbread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Add the crushed garlic, oregano and olive oil to the tomato paste.
  4. Assemble the pizza by spreading the seasoned tomato paste first, then adding the Buffalo mozzarella, ham, cherry tomatoes and any other toppings including the tasty cheese.
  5. Bake at 200˚ Celsius for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and black pepper.
  7. Cut into slices using a heavy knife or kitchen scissors to serve.
  8. Enjoy!
