Over the coming months, we'll be introducing a selection of new-generation products that are both convenient and nutritious. First to launch is this rice alternative by Fazer's Willja, a name derived from the Finnish word for 'oat'. Oats are packed with vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc and magnesium. They're also perfectly suited to the cold climate of Finland, and have a low carbon footprint thanks to their negligible use of pesticides and logistical emissions.
