Kondov Ecoproduction takes every element of cheesemaking into account – from the land to the animals that provide the firm with spectacular, GMO-feed free milk.
Lactose-free sheep’s milk and goat’s milk cheese contains the more easily digested A2 protein.
Goat’s milk contains oligosaccharides. Oligosaccharides act as prebiotics that encourages the growth of beneficial gut probiotic bacteria.
