Fast breakfasts can also be a feast for the eyes, as shown by this gorgeous berry yoghurt parfait.


  • 1 cup granola or other muesli
  • 200 g Kingland Mixed Berries and Chia Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Viking Organic Mixed Berries or seasonal fruit
  1. In a glass, layer granola or muesli of your choice with Kingland Mixed Berries and Chia Greek Style Yoghurt, and seasonal fruit or Viking Organic Berries.
  2. Repeat until your glass is full.
  3. Enjoy.

PRO TIP

Serve immediately for the full crunch, or refrigerate several hours for Bircher-style smoothness.
