Fast breakfasts can also be a feast for the eyes, as shown by this gorgeous berry yoghurt parfait.
- 1 cup granola or other muesli
- 200 g Kingland Mixed Berries and Chia Greek Style Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Viking Organic Mixed Berries or seasonal fruit
- In a glass, layer granola or muesli of your choice with Kingland Mixed Berries and Chia Greek Style Yoghurt, and seasonal fruit or Viking Organic Berries.
- Repeat until your glass is full.
- Enjoy.
